Refund policy

Trying to find the right supplement can be a time-consuming process.  Understanding a company’s return policy shouldn’t be.

We have an unconditional 30-day return policy, which means if you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Simply email us at service@inspirednutrition.com to initiate the return and refund process.  Please include your order number for faster processing.  Depending on the nature of the return, we may send you a return shipping label, as well as any necessary instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once we receive your return, processing your refund can take 2-3 business days.  In addition, your bank may take some time to credit your account.  Please contact us if you have not seen your refund deposited in your account within 5 business days.
