Suggested Usage
Many of the ingredients in Cholesterol Balance take time to reach their full abilities in the body. As a result, we suggest taking 4 capsules (under 140 pounds) or 5 capsules (over 140 pounds) a day for approximately 2 months. The capsules can be taken anytime but are best taken with a little food.
Many people find that, after approximately 2 months, they can reduce the amount taken and maintain the same results. In those cases, one container can last longer than a month.
